Logging In

A link above the email field says 'New user? Create an account'.Some Adobe tools are accessible online, but users must download most programs. Download the Creative Cloud library app here: Adobe Website.

Signing into any Adobe app, program, or tool is easy: when prompted to sign in with an email, type @montana.edu in the email field. This will redirect you to the NetID login page, where you will sign in with your NetID credentials.

This works for all Adobe programs, apps, and websites. 

Resources

All faculty, staff, and students have full access to the entire Adobe Creative Cloud Suite of tools. These programs are industry-leading tools that professionals worldwide use to create content. The DigLit Team supports many of the tools, In addition, there are many excellent resources online to help you learn the tools, get creative, and earn recognition for your skills.

Adobe's Education Exchange connects educators worldwide who are working with Adobe tools. You can find free teaching resources, creative challenges, tool tutorials, and more. 

LinkedIn Learning

LinkedIn Learning is an excellent platform for in-depth, long-form tutorials on Adobe tools. Trainings are arranged into sections based on what is covered so you can skip to exactly what you need. LinkedIn Learning also provides badges upon completion of some courses -- which you can post directly to your LinkedIn profile!

Interested in trying out Adobe but not sure where to start? Adobe Express is a low-stakes, user-friendly, web-based platform with tons of content creation options and opportunities. View the DigLit Team's collection of Express tutorials to get started, share your content, and migrate your assets when you graduate.

Remote Labs

Interested in using Adobe tools but don't have space on your computer to download a program? Use the campus Remote Lab! These remote desktops have these programs installed: AuditionIllustratorInDesignLightroom, and Photoshop.

TLT Studio

Looking for a quiet space to record video or audio for an Adobe project? Book time in Academic Technology and Outreach's Teaching and Learning Technology (TLT) Studio! The space includes a Learning Glass, a green screen, a podcast and lecture capture suite, a classroom demo space, and a hybrid classroom and conference space. Anyone on campus can reserve this space, and instructional technology support staff will help you get set up and answer any questions.

Creative Skills Series

The Creative Skills Series offers free courses that teach high-demand creative skills. These bite-sized courses are free and available to MSU faculty, staff, and students. Earn micro-credentials in increasingly relevant areas for career development.
