Canvas New Quizzes & Respondus Compatibility

At this time, Canvas New Quizzes and Respondus are not compatible, meaning Respondus cannot be used to retrieve or manage questions from New Quizzes. However, instructors can still complete certain tasks traditionally performed with Respondus using alternative methods.

Alternative Solutions & Tutorials:

• Printing a Quiz in Canvas
• Create Quizzes in Canvas
• Accessing Publisher Materials in Canvas – Once you log in through the publisher's link in Canvas, you may be able to access their test bank network if available.  If you do not find information for your publisher, please contact your publisher directly for assistance. Use our list of publishers to help you. 

Respondus is actively working to expand its capabilities to support New Quizzes. We will share updates as soon as this functionality becomes available. Stay tuned!
