Publisher Support for Canvas Integrations

These tools are external to Canvas, though accessed through the platform, and MSU support staff do not have administrative control over them. While MSU support staff can assist with linking integrations within Canvas as requested by instructors, support for the functionality and setup of these integrations falls outside the scope of what we can provide.

Publishers or integrations that were used in Brightspace, have been configured and are available, but currently disabled in the course navigation in your Canvas course(s). Use this tutorial "How do I manage course navgiation links" to enable the items you'd like your students to see and have access to.

To request a new publisher or third-party vendor integration with Canvas, users should email Canvas@montana.edu with details about the integration and the relevant courses or sections.

Instructors: Please note that your first point of contact related to functionality and setup of an integration is the customer representative of the tool.

Students: Please note that your first point of contact is your instructor who may provide a more direct contact for you to reach out to for support.
